School shopping

On our last day with Chauncey we went with her to do her school clothes shopping! It was way fun! 2 1/2 hours at Plato's closet! For those of you who don't know it is our 2nd hand name brand store.
After our success, we needed a little fashion show! It made me want to have a shopping trip too!

She got 2 pairs of jeans, and a skirt, and three shirts for about $60. Not bad! :)

Enjoying the farm!

Having Camilla's party at the farm meant we got to take it all in...

Camilla's Birthday Party!

Camilla's party was in South Jordan with family from My mom side, my dad's side, skyler's sister, and Noall's family! It was a fun mix! The pinata was pretty exciting... but the cupcakes were quite delicious... it was great!

The Hike...

Skyler and Chauncey spent the afternoon hiking to Stewart Falls in Provo canyon and getting a cool dirt line!

Provo temple

Chauncey came to town... Skyler's 15-year-old sister

Llama Fest

Jordan stayed with us for the weekend... and somehow we have absolutely no pics... so this will have to do! Jordan... I want some of your pics!

One of our adventures was the Llama fest!

Sky, me, Em, Jordan, Alex, Zach, Camilla and Emma had about an hour full of llamas! It was hot and fun!

has been so wonderful because my body has been tired from the move. We had many a late night getting stuff ready and now we aren't totally moved in because I lost my steam... but he has been really good at finding whatever we are looking for in the middle of the chaos. I think he has x-ray vision! He is especially good at finding socks and shoes...

Moved in...not a moment too soon!

So after the dust has settled and the last remnants of our possessions being brought over from out old apartment, we are still amazed not only at how much stuff we have (and could give away), but how we somehow got it all into one trailer (well, two). Three hours is a while to help somebody move, but that includes the packing of the trailer, the driving to the new apartment, and the unpacking and having things resembling the abode we hope our house can be. After it was all done we were pretty pleased with ourselves, but the stellar moving job was not without its repercussions. All the following we we were not only tired, we were pretty much worthless. We can't complain, it went smoothily to be sure, but those few missed hours of sleep really did a number on us. Rachel said she never wanted to move again, and I had to agree.

This pic depicts the bare bookshelfs, yet to be populated. And yes, my wife fell asleep with her hand up. It could well be said that my wife has reached a level of patience that few rival, waiting patiently to be called on by somebody whose conversation lacked the words of wisdom that only Rachel could have bestowed.
